Seriously, who doesn't love good food ?
I'm a 25 years old food hunter was born in north of Turkey and lived quite long in the west of it. I have graduated from Ege University as a Food Engineer. After working for a short time at a flour factory, I've started to work at a famous steakhouse chain in my hometown. I like keeping myself updated about new cooking methods and technologies. Besides the effects of science on food industry and on our healths also take my attention. When it is time to eat, I'm like the everyone yet i just turned that joy of eating into an occupation and guaranteed my self to be happy till the end of my life :)
Upcoming weeks, I'll try to take more time in to this blog and will post various contents about food and engineering behind it. I may also share things just for i like it. Do not keep your expectations high! I hope this blog makes you hungry!
